HVAC Specials in Fort Lauderdale, FL

You can reach Cold Harbour Heating and Air Fort Lauderdale at (754) 354-7289 any hour, any day, and a live person will pick up. We run a short list of seasonal offers on this page with one rule: every coupon reflects work we already do at a fair written price, not a discount propped up by an inflated starting number. Victor Mancini, our owner and lead technician, has kept pricing honest here since 2003, the year we opened as an independently owned and operated member of the Kingswell network. The specials below change with the South Florida cooling season, and they’re as plain as the paper we hand you before any tool comes out.

Current Offers

Free Estimates on Any AC Installation

We’ll come out, look at your existing system, take measurements, and hand you a written fixed price for a new AC installation in Fort Lauderdale. There’s no charge for the visit and no obligation to book the work. This covers every brand we install and service, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (754) 354-7289.

Seasonal AC Tune-Up Courtesy Pricing

Before the Fort Lauderdale heat really settles in, a full tune-up catches the small stuff before it strands you on a 90-degree afternoon in Victoria Park or Rio Vista. Our technician checks refrigerant pressures, cleans the condenser coil, tests capacitors, and measures the temperature drop across the coil. You get a written report of what was found and what, if anything, should be watched.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (754) 354-7289.

First-Time Customer Repair Courtesy

If we’ve never been to your home before, call and tell us it’s your first service with Cold Harbour Heating and Air Fort Lauderdale. We’ll apply a courtesy adjustment to your repair invoice, and you’ll still get our written price before the repair starts, so you can compare honestly. The 365-Day Done Right Promise comes standard: if that repair fails within a full year, we return and correct it at no charge, and that guarantee is on paper before our technician leaves your driveway.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (754) 354-7289.

Senior and Military Courtesy Pricing

Fort Lauderdale has a large community of retired and active-duty service members, and we keep a standing courtesy on repair and tune-up work for seniors 65 and older and for anyone with a military ID. Tell us when you book and we’ll note it on your work order so it applies automatically at billing. You’ll still receive the written price up front, and it won’t change at the door.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (754) 354-7289.

Free Second Visit If a Repair Fails Within 365 Days

This one isn’t a coupon so much as the core of our 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every repair we make in Fort Lauderdale. If a repair fails at any point in the 365 days after we complete it, we come back and correct the work at no additional charge. No argument, no re-diagnosis fee, no fine print. The guarantee is written on your invoice before our technician packs up the first time.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (754) 354-7289.

How to Redeem

One: call (754) 354-7289. A live person answers, day or night, every day of the year. Tell them which offer applies to you and the neighborhood you’re calling from, whether that’s Coral Ridge, Sailboat Bend, or Imperial Point.

Two: we book the visit. We’ll give you a service window and our technician shows up background-checked and in uniform. You’ll get your written price before any work begins.

Three: present at service. Mention the offer again when the technician arrives and it’s applied on the spot. The price you saw in writing is the price you pay, and your repair carries the written 365-day guarantee.

Why We Run Specials at All

We started Cold Harbour Heating and Air in 2003 as part of the Kingswell network, a group of independently owned and operated HVAC businesses that commit to the same five written standards. We call it The Kingswell Way: say the price before the work, show up in the window given, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. Our specials aren’t there to rush you into a decision. They exist because Fort Lauderdale’s cooling season runs long, and a lot of homeowners put off maintenance or small repairs until a capacitor blows on a Sunday evening in July. A modest courtesy on a tune-up or a first visit gets the work done before it becomes an emergency call.

And the name fits the job. A cold harbour was a roadside shelter where travelers waited out rough weather. Comfort in any season is the trade we practice here in Fort Lauderdale every time the phone rings.

What Does a Tune-Up Actually Get You in Fort Lauderdale?

South Florida’s salt air eats at condenser coils faster than almost anything else we see. The humidity means drain lines clog more often, which leads to water in the emergency pan and a shut down exactly when you need cooling most. A seasonal tune-up in Fort Lauderdale means we clean the coil, clear the drain line, check the capacitor, measure refrigerant pressures, and look at the contactor and electrical connections for corrosion. The technician writes down what was done and what’s aging, so you decide with facts instead of surprises.

Should I Book a Tune-Up Before My AC Fails?

Yes, if you haven’t had one in the past 12 months. Fort Lauderdale’s cooling load starts climbing in April and doesn’t settle until late October, and most failures we repair in Coral Ridge, Lake Ridge, and Shady Banks are parts that had been failing for weeks. A written report from a tune-up tells you what those parts are before they quit. Call (754) 354-7289 and mention the seasonal tune-up courtesy pricing. We’ll book the visit, put the price in writing before we start, and leave your system ready for the next heat wave.
